Greg Lamka's entire career has been in the seed industry, where he held multiple roles, including soybean seed production manager, director of soybean breeding, quality assurance manager (germination & seed purity), phytosanitary regulatory manager, and seed treatment strategy manager. He has served as chair of the Iowa Seed Association Board of Directors and chair of the ISF Seed Applied Technology committee. He was appointed to the ISF Board of Directors and numerous ASTA committees. Before joining F&Co, Greg spent 22 years with DuPont Pioneer, where he negotiated hundreds of research agreements to test new seed treatment products and supply agreements to purchase hundreds of millions of dollars of seed treatments annually. He also managed M&A technical diligence teams at Pioneer for several microbial companies.
Greg graduated from Iowa State University with a BS in Agronomy and an MS and Ph.D. in Plant Pathology.

Chandler Van Voorhis is widely acknowledged as a leading expert in conservation and ecological markets. He has given a recent TEDx Talk, guest lectured at Princeton & Yale, and authored several publications on the emergence of natural capital. Prior to co-founding C2I, Chandler was co-host of GreenWave Radio, a nationally syndicated radio talk show on the environment and business. In 2002, he was awarded, along with Mr. Crane, the nation’s most distinguished private conservation award, the ChevronTexaco Conservation Award.
Chandler is former President of the Alliance for Environmental Education, an international non-profit that played a key role in getting environmental education in K-8 over the last 30 years. Currently, he serves on the advisory boards of IETA Natural Climate Solutions and RenewWest. He is also a member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America.
